At ERG, we believe that community is more than just a gathering—it’s where healing happens, ideas take root, and we lift each other up. That’s why we’re inviting YOU to join us every Sunday at 10 AM for our A.M.E.N. Group.

A.M.E.N. stands for Articulating, Mentoring, Educating, and Networking. And while it originally started as a men’s group, A.M.E.N. has blossomed into something even more powerful: a safe space for everyone, regardless of background or gender. We’ve created a space where you can come as you are—whether you need support, guidance, a community of like-minded souls, or just a place to feel heard. We’re here for YOU. Whether it’s for a little encouragement, some professional advice, or simply to share a moment of vulnerability with others who understand, we’re all in this together.

- Articulating: This is where your voice matters. We believe that sharing our stories is how we grow, heal, and connect with others. You’ll always find a listening ear here.

- Mentoring: Our mentors are people who truly care, offering advice and support from a place of experience, heart, and a desire to see you thrive.

- Educating: We’re about more than just talking—we’re about learning and growing together. Whether it's through workshops or thought-provoking discussions, we’ll help you expand your horizons.

- Networking: Whether you’re building your career or just need to meet people who get it, this is a place to make meaningful connections that can help you move forward.

And as we continue to grow, we’ll offer more resources, more guest speakers, and more opportunities for connection. There will always be free refreshments and plenty of space to just be yourself.

What began as a space for men has evolved into a community that embraces everyone—because that’s what community is about. It’s about breaking down the walls that divide us and coming together in our shared humanity. This is a space for **all** who need it—no dress code, no cost, no judgment—just the kind of open, warm atmosphere where you can come as you are, and leave feeling like you’ve found something special.
